Ex-gas valve....

.... singly responsible for lack of heating for past 3 weeks. Now replaced - yay! Two treats in one week (see yesterday).
The only other thing to report today is that #2 son's two-legged snowman has succumbed to the general thaw and now stands like Ozymandias in the front garden:
