Simmer Dim

A wet start to the day but it did clear, kind of cold at points but sunny spells and a lovely calm evening.

Another busy day at work in the museum. It always amazes me how many folk come up to Shetland for holidays but very happy they do :)
With the Simmer Dim on this weekend, there will be parties all over Shetland and the mid summer carnival in Lerwick. I was invited to a beach party at St Ninians Isle but working again tomorrow and best behave myself :) I maybe should have gone and snapped a midnight Blip at the beach :)

Out for a walk at lunchtime and the sun was out as I headed back to the museum. Hay's Dock was looking good in the sunshine with all the small boats tied up at the moment :)
