Son2 and I took our lunch on the patio today, while we still can (I've seen the weather forecast).

Thanks for all your kind wishes. He's been doing well and has been revising (one-handed) for his imminent exams. I'm still waiting to hear from the school about how exactly he will be able to take said exams. Meanwhile I'm hoping he might be up to a 6th form college open evening tonight. We shall see...
