Stretch Of The River

Out for a run this morning and aware that this era of my life is drawing to a close. Lots to look forward to but the things I enjoy are increasingly precious. So, stopping for a stretch I was glad when an early boat came along - I take these every day.

Later on lunch was the highlight, then home on the train. Finished reading an important book that's made me think hard.

Journeys and people I love and will miss day to day, but life is long and the world turns.
