Jackdaws at Breakfast Time

Very interesting watching the adult Jackdaw fill their beak with nut nibbles, and then put its head into to the infant's beak to pass on the food. The young one was very impatient, even pecking at the adult because the food wasn't coming fast enough. Talk about "bite the hand that feeds you". And what a noise they made, a lot of squawking going on.

We have seen Bluetits feeding their young, but this is the first time we've seen bigger birds do this at our feeders.
