SUMMER FLOWERS

Stayed at home today intending to do chores. Didn't get as much done as I had hoped as it was too hot. I did clean the patio doors and some windows, mowed the back lawn and changed the bedding on Neil's bed. ( I had kitty help for the last one ).

My slimming world consultant phoned me up this afternoon and we had a 20 min chat. She was very supportive and I was glad she rang. She gave me some advice regarding "The Plan." I think I already know where I'm going wrong - just need to set my mind to doing something about it.
