End of Day

Evening light beyond words - we had just seen Boyhood and walking down the big hill towards home when I noticed the light on the building and the man on the deck noticing the light.

The film so well done, to watch four people grow through the changes of 12 years on screen with such deft editing that it seems magic that they have changed again. We all do it stating the obvious, but we don't witness ourselves or even our loved ones all that well. This is brilliant.
