Premonition as a Self Portrait

The oracle illustrated here however, was not recognised until after the event but later became a clear reminder like a Momento Mori.

Like the portrait of Dorian Gray, it is locked in an attic and covered with a heavy velvet cloth. I only occasionally dare to look, afraid of what it may reveal.

If I was a good photographer, this would be my ultimate selfie - there's even a smile for the camera.

I should not exhibit this here as it reveals my Soul, but as you are all my friends I feel you can be trusted..............I'm counting on you.
