A pocket of Spain

At the top end of Portobello Road is probably the best Spanish grocers in London. The cafe next door closed down a while ago and is just the facade for its more appealing big brother next door.

The guy doesn't look like a local to me. I think I may have seen him at Glastonbury last year however.
