Ultimate frisbee!

I took this photo whilst playing ultimate frisbee at uni today. I'm still messing with longer shutter speed settings on my flatmates (creeky crappy terrible) lovely camera.

I used to play ultimate in my early twenties and now, after 6-7 years away, I'm back playing this wonderful sport once more in order to shed the pounds.

Bit of a crappy start to the the day despite getting up at a decent hour. Did sod-all for most of the morning thus felt the need to do something productive. Bussed it to uni for two hours of frisbee/panting/getting a stich every 2 minutes.

Fully knackered now but determined to sort my course notes before the day is through.
