Building Elements Number 80......Outdoor space

The latest in an occasional series tagged buildingelements
(except I think it's really Number 81, my numbering must have gone astray somewhere;-))

The sun seems to have done a runner.....it must have seen me coming.....

The blip is of the last remaining row of fishermen's cottages (one side of Simpson St) in Cullercoats, the rest were demolished in the 70's and replaced with something a lot less attractive.......

EDIT: oooo... just found a relevant little snippet of local oral history (Jean was born in Simpson Street, Cullercoats in 1921. She has lived in Cullercoats most of her life......recorded in the Cullercoats Community Centre in 2006)
