Life with The Pinks

By suzypink

George's marvellous medicine.

We had a frantic day, trying to pack and get sorted to go on a "trial" camp with Miss Peppa. And finally when it was all done, it was time to take the mini pinks to the Minories art gallery in Colchester. There, in the garden, was a stage set to tell the fabulous story of George's marvellous medicine by Roald Dahl. And marvellous it was! The weather was kind, and the company was great, and we had more snacks and treats than one group of 5-11 year olds (oh and a not yet one year old) could need. It was a great show, with a brilliant balance of humour and music, and a sinister old granny who launched into the air through the roof after her "medicine". A great fun evening.
After the show we headed to the campsite to meet mr and furry pink. They had set up camp for us, and had it ready for bedtime for the minis.
