Stoatin doon

We've had a pretty good Summer in Orkney this year. Warm, sunny and not too wet but just enough to keep everything lush and green.

It's coming to a close now and there's definite whisper of Autumn in the air but you can tell that this is Summer rain in the pic because.... it goes near enough straight down.

The wind is getting up now though, back to horizontal weather soon. I'm actually quite looking forward to it.
