Garden Club arrangement

Garden Club today, and an assignment, a monochromatic arrangement. We're not strict and I knew we had pink things about. Hmm, not many flowers in good shape due to lack of rain and the waining summer season. We had Joe Pye Weed, the pinkish purple ornamental grass plumes and I knew where I could get a few decent looking echinacea. Then the vase, top shelf pantry. A quick arrangement , off to a routine periodontist appointment, missed two car accidents(!!!) came home to pick up the vase and flowers. We had a slide presentation with photos from a member's trip to New Zealand. Thanks to blip and my expanded world view, many locations almost sounded familiar.
