Anyone for coffee?

Only it's not coffee; it's the water that comes out of our taps! Cousteau narrowly avoided a bath this evening when Mr Barking called me in to look at the colour of the water he had run.

Gross!

So, we're waiting for the tank to fill back up so that we can at least enjoy the water off the top of it. A new pump is needed as it is spraying all over the place due to a cracked casing.

We're drinking red wine since the water is undrinkable! Actually, we never drink the water from the taps here, ever since I got sick from doing so. We fill up our containers at the inlaws' house and use that instead!

We've had a fab day today. We took Cousteau for an 8 km hike this morning and then hung out with family this afternoon. We're all pooped and looking forward to bed soon.

Dinner is cooking in the oven and the salad is ready to go. Then blissful sleep.
