Digging a well

Yesterday I posted a blip of a tree stump that was removed from my neighbors property. I said that they were digging out the side of the hill for the basement but I was wrong. He was putting in a driveway for a truck that digs wells to go down. They are putting the well at the edge of the lake. Strange place for a well but what do I know.
