Yesterday I got the basic frame made, the skin of plywood on each side the insulation in the middle. Today I had to fix all the mistakes, cut the hole for the little windows at the top and put the external frame on. Then to Kirkcaldy in search of hinges big enough to hold the thing. Actually, it's not that heavy considering the size of it. Just bulky.

Tomorrow: window frames, primer and work out how to attach the hinges and then start making the other one.
