an unexpected - surprise - which greeted me - as i was out and about - running some errands today - i was most certain - that rose bushes would have - been done with by now - but out of the corner - of my eye - i spotted a flash of white - as i was driving - i quickly changed lanes - and veered into - what appeared to be - an abandoned and overgrown - little area - filled with some wild growing - flowers - as i searched around - i found a small rose bush - along with a huge - iris plant - which was also still - in bloom - i will have to go back - another day for it - for today i was drawn to the - cloud - a pillowy softness - with a hint of pink - showing through ending in...
