Distressed

A good blander around town today in the middle of a hectic set of review, budget and catch up meetings. Took a few shots today, some more of my usual street style ended up in the almost blip pile:

... but in the end I liked the black space in this one and also the distressed texture. A nice dinner and a couple of slices of chocolate cake and the world looks OK :-)

Off to Glentress in the morning for a first run of the year. Hopefully not too much ice/snow left there.

LOTD: I liked JRS's "Holding On" blip - the golden light on the frozen loch is sublime and Steves Blips "Day One" blip is a great composition the colour and slight grain/texture are ace.
