THE YOUNG SWAN

one of six sibblings, at the pond, preening.
I found it a rather dark day, in the morning Piet Hein and I had gone to the Hubo and had bought what I needed to complete the cupboard for my LP's and CD's.
Again do it yourself painting!
But in the afternoon I went searching the swan family and I found the whole lot resting at the shore of the big pond. I spend some time with them, enjoying their relaxing way of life. Anyway at this day.

My haiku:

Cygnet so pure white
Your feathers, your elegance
And your appetite

And the quote by Cervantes in Don Quichote:

There's no sauce in the world like hunger.
