Birthday Girl

Mrs Mac's birthday today. We went to the Michelin starred Trois Soliels de Montal for lunch. Champagne aperitifs, foie gras marinated in Meso to start, then sea bass with lemongrass, orange and fennel, followed by "black" pork and two desserts (one fruit and one chocolate). Crozes Hermitage to accompany. Great day.
