Here I go again!

The Booker Prize shortlist was announced today and once again some of the family are having a go at reading the books before the winner is selected. Last year I managed the whole lot and chose the winner. I doubt I'll do either this time. But I can try. And I do have two weeks in France, so lots of time for reading. Our daughter has got us tickets for the meeting of the authors at the Southbank Centre next month, so an incentive to try to get on with the reading.

(There are only five of the six shortlisted books here. I have had to hurriedly send for one. I thought I had a good idea which ones would be selected. I missed one - To Rise Again at a Decent Hour by Joshua Ferris.)
