Way Out?

First time I have ever been in a polling station by 8 am.

No 1 was keen to exercise her rights as a first time voter, and since we will be in the theatre this evening - we had to make an pre-school trip to our Polling Place.

This is No 3's school. There has been a large investment in new Primary Schools in the area through private partnership agreements, but sadly, her school wasn't selected for a rebuild. Although they were allowed to share a new Astroturf.

This building is one of the 'huts' that were built in the 1960/70s as temporary extra accommodation, which are still in use. Although this one is used as the Breakfast/Afterschool club. it could do with a paint job!

My secondary school had 'huts' too. Freezing in winter, roasting in summer.

The secret smokers were known to hang out 'round the huts' !

No 3 says she would vote "YES" because she wants a new currency " and I have loads of Euros left over from my holiday".

No 1 declared the whole voting event an 'anticlimax' - prophetic perhaps???
