An egg of some description

Found this half formed egg on the bird table this afternoon. Have no idea how it got there.

Lazy morning but busy afternoon in the garden. Leaves collected, grass cut and lots of pruning done, mainly brambles and I wonder how many miles of this stuff there is in the garden :)

My mum is back in hospital after another fall :( She's not injured from the fall itself but has other things going on which are being investigated. I'm so glad I went to see her last week.
