Looking across the city

Not sure what the temperature was today, but it certainly felt warm in the sun; warm enough for the HG to read the Sunday papers on the deck!

Came home from church to a nice lunch made by the HG, and a wee read at the newspapers too; then we headed down into Glasgow and had a walk around Queens Park with C. Lots of people out enjoying the sunshine, particularly young families which is nice to see. We walked up to the high point with the flagpole (no flag) and my blip is taken from there. The spire in the foreground is of Camphill Queens Park Church, and sort of middle left is Glasgow University. You can faintly see Dumgoyne and the Campsie Hills on the horizon, but it was a bit hazy. I know where to look! And you will notice that the trees are turning into their autumn colours now.

Back to C's for a lovely dinner, and a bit of television watching while the HG did a few repairs.

It was a lovely Sunday!
