How much is that doggie in the window?

Another lovely, sunny day, so we had breakfast outside on our little terrace. The courtyard is open and there are cars parked there so we can't let the boys outside without being on their leads. So while we had breakfast we left them inside and despite all the reflections, I love this photo of Milou stood at the patio doors looking out at us.

I'm still not 100%, but I've felt much better today, so this morning we set off with the boys for a walk through the vineyards. We ended up walking to the next village of Zellenberg, but it was a little disappointing as it was undergoing quite major renovation work and all the roads were dug up.

We walked about 5 miles in total, and the boys were tired, so we dropped them back at the apartment for a sleep and we went out for lunch with some fermented grape juice :-) We also went to see if we could have a tour of the wine cellars, but apparently they don't do tours during the harvest period as it's too dangerous because of the fumes. The smell around the town is amazing though, and the amount of trucks bringing the grapes in is unbelievable!

Anyway, we're back at the apartment and the boys look ready to go out again, so we'll take them for a walk and then tonight we're just going to chill out.
