Little Red and Green Bows

I had to go out this morning and as I was passing through the city I thought I would stop of in Victoria Square and get a shot of the beautiful tulips that are flowering so lovely, just now. The wind was so strong and cold I could get a good shot so took a walk into Cathedral Square to see NZ IceFest, which had the official opening last Saturday. It sure is a great event for the kids and there were a lot there. I didn't go into any of the exhibitions I just had a short look around.

What caught my eye was this cute sign for the toilets with a mummy penguin in her green scarf and two little ones with bows in their hair.. on their heads.
