Light

Spent most of the day at a bowls competition here, and took about a gazillion pics. They were, at best, pedestrian, but the day itself was great fun: the banter, the cheers, the words of encouragement, the groans of disappointment. None of the pics really jumped up at me and shouted "That's it, I'm the entry for Chantler's October Word Challenge!!"

Thank goodness for my pear trees that are coming into blossom and that were blipped early this morning while the wind howled through the village. The petals are as light as air, and the sunlight created shadows - something that is impossible without light. So, there you have it: Light.
