An evening off.

I am conscious of the fact that my reporting of my days can sometimes seem a little unremitting though I hardly ever think of them in that way.

So tonight it was great that Cathleen was through in Edinburgh and we managed to have an evening off and catch up for dinner with good friend Aly Bain and to welcome him as one of the newest members of the SNP, along with other old friend Phil Cunningham.

Tomorrow they are off to play in Cape Breton.
