The old Lancaster water filter house was redeveloped as a sports car salesroom, but the garage owner omitted to get planning permission. The city council refused the retrospective application and the building has sat here for years with no roof and the eerie sound of water continually running underneath it.

Its the first building you see when you enter Lancaster from the south. Its for sale and it's yours for one million pounds......
