Spent the day post marathon operating at very little above amoeba level

Also spent the day carrying my medal around everywhere like it was some vital medialert necklace , I did not let it out of my sight . I was evangelising about the race to anyone who would listen and probably a few who didn't want to listen

Naturally, having promised myself never again, I have pre registered for the priority list for next year..
