Life Is Good

The Shins were great last night. Went for a long run and did some good work today. Had a nice sandwich* for lunch. One thing I like about NZ is that in every season there is always something flowering. It's all good.

Two oversized soft country wheat slices, mayo, garlic pesto, humus, cucumber, tomato, salad greens, sprouts, colby and cottage cheese, topped with ground pepper and a drizzle of sweet chili sauce for added flavor. Combine, slice in half, and enjoy with side of lime and cracked pepper chips.
