"JUMPING JACK FLASH?"

Took Phoebe for a late walk this afternoon in the 'Beacon Field' across the road from us and these strange wooden shapes have appeared. They are of course the framework for the new trees to be planted but they reminded me of the hurdles on Sports Day and how terrifyingly high they used to appear.

Otherwise another horrible Monday. Matthew returned back to Longrun House fairly cheerfully but knowing he is returning in under 2 weeks.

Work was boring as always and so wet and muddy.

Now looking forward to going to bed. Hope your day has been better than mine, but the good thing is it's Tuesday tomorrow, always better than Monday!!
