Tree in the wind

Apart from popping out for my run this morning and scampering across the road at lunch time to photograph this tree in the wind, I have been chained to my machine all day.

Most of my work today has been focused on updating the draft of the report that I completed on 30th September. In "background" mode I have also been dealing with queries about the draft sections of another report which I will be working on on Thursday. Meanwhile my email backlog grows and grows :-(

Exercise today: 06:00am run battling a blustery maelstrom with a not unexpected dreadful time of 29'17", followed by sit-ups and weights.
