Wednesday: The Blurry Cameraman

I read somewhere the other day that it can be very effective to have your photos intentionally out of focus.  That is, of course, absolutely the effect I was going for here.  Yes, indeed!

This was taken at an event this evening that I attended on the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (affectionately called Tea-Tip) which was much more interesting than it sounds.  I was originally planning to take a photo of this chap side-on so imagine my surprise when he slowly swivelled round and we met lens to lens.  I just hope that I am not on TV somewhere, flailing my camera round when I should have been listening ardently.
