Seattle Rain

The rain here can be really spectacular, especially as some of it ends up falling down gratings onto steam pipes, and then comes back up as billowing clouds of water vapour!

I did another run today - so in my week her I have done a 10k and two 5k runs on the Seattle seafront. I'm not sure if that will be enough to prevent any weight gain, but it will certainly help!
