Photo Prep

This was the young lady from the Guardian as she set up to photograph me in a quiet, leafy court she had found near Covent Garden. Earlier I had done an interview with the paper's culture correspondent, following a literary lunch with journalists from the Telegraph, the Sunday Express, the Bookseller, the Guardian, the Rap Sheet and Shots Magazine.

Then it was on to ITV's Crime Thriller Awards at the Grosvenor in Park Lane, which culminated in the Dagger for the ITV Book Club Best Read - which I am delighted to say was won by Entry Island.
