Newly Built

This is a nearly finished building in the neighborhood that has quite a bright exterior. What caught my eye was the recessed windows facing the south.  During the summer months, that recessed feature will keep some of the southwesterly sun from making the interior hot.  There is additional construction happening to the left of the building and I wonder how much of the bright color will still be visible when the newer additions are built.
