A Day At A Time.

We are exhausted.  Very happy, but it's been a tiring day of sight-seeing and culture-absorbing. After a late start, we ventured out into the centre of Milan.

Our official tour started at 2:30 and we saw La Scala opera house, strolled through the Galleria Vittorio Emanuel, one of the world's oldest malls, were driven around the city for "orientation", and finally arrived at Da Vinci's "Last Supper".  This was amazing to see. What a genius.

A 30 minute tram ride brought us back to our hotel and a very welcome dinner, tomorrow it's an early start and off to Lake Como for a bit of a cruise.

Wonder if George will be at home.
