Falstaff Set

Jer took me out on another date night. We went to see Verdi's last opera - Falstaff. I have only seen one other opera to date, and that was way back in junior high.

This was a wonderful production and I really enjoyed it. It wasn't as inaccessible as I was worried it would be. It was Verdi's last opera that he composed and a comedy as well.

No pictures were allowed during the performance, naturally, so I snuck this picture during the last intermission. We then finished off our evening with a nice (late) dinner to Cafe Presse.
