Remembrance

Down in the Big Smoke, Englandshire. Being tourists!

Two big things though; the first was seeing the poppies at the Tower on Remembrance Day, eight hundred thousand plus of them. It seemed to be more of a tourist attraction than anything else today but it is pretty stunning so I suppose that's understandable.

Second thing was the annual Taylor Wessing prizegiving at the National Portrait Gallery. Our pal Margaret had a photo accepted for the exhibition, no mean feat! First attempt too. I'm seriously impressed!!
