Carpets Cleaned

It's been entirely too long since we've had the carpets in our home cleaned. So this past Saturday we had the entire downstairs cleaned and today it was the entire upstairs. What an ordeal.

Meantime I have a zillion student essays to grade before tomorrow -- okay, not a zillion, but about 60 of them. I want to return them to students tomorrow. It's was actually 11:00 pm when I completed the grading and headed for bed.

I got to bed and I was wide awake! Oh well.
