This photo was taken at sunset in wailea Maui looking east right before the moonrise and the waning light just lit up the tree trunks with that warm red glow!

I discovered some new birds...the nutmeg mannikin (finch) and the saffron finch which was building a nest above our patio! Also saw a red cardinal.

I was able to get a few shots of the full moon both rising and setting although clouds were a factor...and the sunset tonight was so unusual! It looked like cotton candy that was pulled in diagonal strands, just beautiful!!
