Focusing.

A day of focussing on the fine detail that makes a business run smoothly. I spent many years working alone, now I want to ensure that all I have learnt in over 20 years is passed on to my younger staff.

Not that I'm ready to give up just yet! More that I feel optimistic about the next few years. It's hard to believe, but this feeling is the result of not eating something that was slowing me down.
