Friday 2 April 2010: Traditional Bank Holiday Activities
A fine day so I took a cycle along the canal and then up the Water of Leith to Malleny House Gardens. Sadly they were closed as the melting snow had flooded them out. No visit then to the fantastic Scottish National Bonsai Collection which is housed here (a little known fact, I'm sure).
Managed to peer through the gates to the walled garden and get a blip of the house.
Right, must get looking out my clean claes as a foreign jaunt is in the offing. Where's my blazer and cravat?
