Memories of Franco

Title says 'Franco's victims seek justice in exile' - this is a hot topic at the moment as Spain's top crusading judge (Baltazar Garzon, who went after Pinochet) is on the point of trial accused of exceeding his powers by attempting to sue Franco-ism of systematic genocide and pave the way to open mass graves which still contain the unclaimed remains of dead from both sides of the Civil War including the poet Lorca, who was shot by firing squad. Many claim the trial is a right-ist plot, others defend the Supreme Court's right to enforce the law...we shall see ...one thing for sure is that there ia still a lot of reconcilliation to be done in this country.
