Behind Bars

Here's Meg in one of her favourite spots.

Strategically it is the best spot in the house as it is very easy to defend the position and enjoys unrivalled views over the surrounding areas. The enemy would have to funnel any attack up the narrow stairs which would favour the defender. In short, the position is unassailable and could not be taken. Oh and most importantly it is always warm there and has some really cosy looking bedding there for her.
