Tuesday 27 April 2010: A walk in the park
Or a run in the park.
My day definitely wasn't a 'walk in the park'. On the up side I signed a new agreement, which included a small pay increase and an extra week of holiday. Work is definitely a tough place but I'm mindful I still have a job. It was a rough day with at the coal face, but rougher for those who've heard they've lost their jobs.
Autumn dished up dismal fog and dampness today. It was quite eerie. Makes for a reflective flavour and a reminder of winters palette.
Tomorrow is mid-week, then it's down hill to the weekend. Yippie!
