Saturday 1 May 2010: Sailing on.......
Took a very late afternoon trip into town today and on the way home spent a few minutes watching these young girls having an on-the-water sailing lesson.
The sun was still pretty warm given the lateness, but according to the weather lady tonight, the price we're about to pay is the start of some overnight frosts :(
The good thing is that I still haven't lit my fire yet - still surviving very well on just the gas heater. The annual lighting-of-the-first-fire for me always heralds the start of the real late autumn/winter - and I'm keen to keep that at bay for as long as I possibly can!
