What is the difference between a flower and a weed

Over the weekend someone turned the heating off in the office, so it was pretty chilly although I noticed the others around me complaining about it I never really noticed how cold I was till I went out for a walk. I was frozen,

Had a very quick walk in the gardens where my mellow wander was disturbed by a woman with earphones(wwe) shouting at her 7ish year old son . It went like this

wwe: Nathan,
son :
wwe: Nathan,
son :
wwe : Nathan, get yer coat on noo or Ah'll Burst ye.!

The coat was quickly on.. Is this a new parenting technique? Effective..? Maybe not for long.
